Rimmel Moisture Renew Lipstick review + swatches

These seem to be floating around on the Instagram world as of late, and I finally got my hands on some! The colours that most stood out to me were "In Love With Ginger", a bright orange red shade, and "As You Want Victoria", a dark fuschia pink plum shade.

The formula of these lipsticks is very silky and smooth. They have a very glossy finish on the lips. As you can see by my (ridiculously messy) swatches they are a little hard to control when applying and find they get a little slippery. They have crazy pigmentation, one glide and it's pretty much full colour, BANG.

The Moisture Renew line has a total of 13 shades, ranging from nudes to deeper purples and reds. I am definitely interested in some of their nudey shades like Notting Hill Nude as I feel it will be easy to maintain with the glossy and slippery formula!

    At first glance I thought these are Maybelline! Their packaging look so similar ~ Love the color of In Love With Ginger, so beautiful ♥
